Project 100 is a contemporary gallery and project space in central Whakatū Nelson. Our aim is to bring diverse, exciting projects to the city and to offer space to artists working on the fringes of contemporary practice. Each month the gallery is given to a new artist or collective to curate.

About the event
Jessica Winchcombe and Mia Straka will be Artists in Residence at the gallery throughout November, transforming the space with new experimental works while exploring shared interests, creative dialogue, and collaborative processes.
The gallery is the public face of Project 100. Each month, it is handed over to a new artist or collective, providing an opportunity to transform the space through exhibitions, performances, workshops, or experimental projects. Always evolving and artist-led, the gallery remains dynamic, fostering new ideas and meaningful connections with the wider community.
